TIMELINE

Formed in 2002, MST began processing juice in 2006. The company shifted its focus to milk in 2008. In the last two years, MST has developed units of various sizes for commercial applications.

THE MST TIMELINE

  • 2007

  • First successful application of MST unit for juice pasteurization completed in Kumpf, Germany

  • 2009

  • First MST application to milk tested at large U.K. dairy. 28-day shelf life.

  • 2010-11

  • Successful testing of the redesigned 2-ton unit at a major U.S. dairy.

  • 2012

  • Successful testing of modified 2-ton unit at Purdue University shows no bacterial growth in 63+ days.

  • 2013

  • 9-ton modular unit delivered for testing for first commercial application.

  • 2014

  • Begin the commercial release of mini and small-scale MST processing units.

    Purdue confirms 90+ days no bacterial growth.

  • 2015

  • Begin commercial roll-out of large scale units at 100 gal/min.
